Chilean president supports project which denounces abuses in Cuba

Today, president Sebastián Piñera decided to endorse the draft agreement reached in the Senate, which condemns the violation of human rights in Cuba.

This is a historic agreement to this initiative since joined the Socialist Party.

"The Chilean government will do everything within its power to contribute to that in Cuba there is a peaceful return process of democracy and a full restoration of respect for human rights and individual freedoms," said Chilean President .
