Prisoner Julio Santos Hernandez, 31 years old and is held in the Provincial Prison of Pinar del Rio (Kilo 5 1 / 2) has suffered a brutal beating at the hands of their jailers, according to the blog Kubasepia.
Santos Hernandez is in serious health condition, with brain necrosis as a result of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment suffered by him and many other prisoners of conscience in Cuban jails.
